Chris writes, "My experience at EKU created the foundation that led me to where I am today. Every day I use some skill or some insight developed during my years at EKU. The instructors, many of which I now call friend and colleague, taught me what it was to be a Professional Counselor. They built my proficiencies but more than that, they gifted me with the art and nuance that a good Counselor must possess. They helped me understand all the interconnected aspects of my role as Counselor and to integrate them as a developing professional. There is a debt of gratitude that I can never fully repay, but I serve my clients and my profession in an effort to pass on the gifts they established in me."
